Anti-Patterns to Cover¶

• Async without backpressure (unbounded queues, memory blowup)
• Callback hell (deep nesting instead of composing)
• Unhandled promise rejections / dropped futures
• Mixing sync and async APIs in one function ('coloured function' violations)
• Blocking the event loop with CPU-bound work
